As a Coordinator, you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting in the day to day running of the HR function. We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team. This fully onsite role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
As a HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all files are accurate and up to date
- Complete return-to-work documentation and support absence processes
- Conduct internal audits, ensuring all employees have the correct contracts and right to work documentation in place
- Support training coordination, including booking employees onto courses and arranging training rooms
- Organise interviews and inductions, ensuring a seamless candidate and onboarding experience
- Prepare and issue probation review letters and other HR documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function
Our client is looking for someone with:
- Previous HR experience as a HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
- Keen to develop their HR knowledge
