    Job description

    Support Worker - Complex Needs
    Salary: £24,454
    Contract: Permanent

    Days and Nights available: Days 7am - 2.30pm / 2.30 - 10pm OR Nights 10pm - 7am

    You'll support adults with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. This is a varied, high‑energy role where you'll help people stay safe, build independence, and work towards meaningful everyday goals.

    Working Pattern
    This is a 24/7 service. You will work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including a mix of weekdays and weekends.

    What We're Looking For
    Previous experience supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviours, or strong transferable skills from related environments. We're looking for:

    Experience in autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health or behavioural support
    - or transferable skills from roles requiring resilience, communication or de‑escalation
    Confidence and resilience in fast‑paced environments
    A calm, person‑centred approach
    A genuine passion for helping people live more independentlyWe Welcome Everyone
