Head of NPD
It's not very often an opportunity like this comes up...
Ready to lead innovation at scale? I'm looking for a dynamic Head of NPD to drive the product agenda across a fast-paced, multi-site food manufacturing business on a 12-18 month fixed term contract basis. This role requires a "Do-er". Someone who is going to roll their sleeves up and get involved! and be able to juggle multiple projects.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading innovation strategy and product pipeline
Owning and optimising the Product Change Process
Delivering multi-site, multi-customer NPD projects
Developing and inspiring a talented NPD team
Driving quality, efficiency, and commercial success
What we’re looking for:
Proven NPD leadership experience in food manufacturing
Strong commercial and technical acumen
Ability to influence at senior level internally and externally
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
