What will the Head of HR role involve?

Leading the delivery of comprehensive HR services across multiple sites, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation
Developing and executing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals to foster a motivated, engaged workforce
Supporting senior managers with complex employee relations matters, including TUPE processes, and advising on HR policy implementation
Overseeing talent acquisition processes to attract and retain high-calibre staff in line with strategic organisational objectives
Leading, coaching, and developing the HR team to deliver high standards of support and advice, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Suitable Candidate for the Head of HR vacancy:

Proven experience leading HR teams within multi-site or complex operational environments
Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders confidently
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to employee engagement and change management
CIPD qualification, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
