How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role
    We are seeking a friendly, proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our team. 
     
    You will be the first point of contact for our trade and retail customers, helping them with enquiries, orders, product specifications, after-sales support and ensuring a top-class customer experience.
     
    We are looking to move quickly with this recruitment and would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
     
    Key Responsibilities

    Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online (portal) in a timely, professional manner
    Supporting trade and retail customers with information about door styles, colour options, glazing, hardware, lead times, pricing, etc.
    Processing orders accurately and inputting customer requirements correctly
    Tracking order progress & liaising with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery
    Resolving customer issues and complaints, escalating where necessary, to maintain customer satisfaction
    Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product ranges, specifications, and company policies
     
    Essential Skills & Experience

    Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    Strong customer-service orientation with patience, empathy and a problem-solving mindset
    Good organisational skills with attention to detail
    Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a busy environment
    Basic IT skills (email, CRM / order management systems, MS Office)
    Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus (ideally within manufacturing, trade, or retail sectors)
     
    Desirable

    Knowledge of composite doors / construction / glazing etc.
    Experience working with trade customers / B2B enquiries
    Familiarity with online ordering portals or trade-ordering systems
