Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Murray McIntosh are currently seeking a Electrical Design Engineer to work on a permanent basis for a key client of ours as detailed below:

Responsibilities & required experience

Experience producing electrical designs, layouts and analysis of electrical systems
Experience in the design and manufacture of complex electrical systems.
Conduct testing, validation, and qualification of electrical systems under military operating conditions to verify reliability, durability, and mission-readiness
Produce and approve detailed technical documentation, including schematics, design reports, test plans, and certification evidence
Proficient with using electrical CAD software (Zuken E3 would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite)
Produce and approve schematics, design reports, test plans, and certification evidence
Previous experience within defence or marine preferred though not essential
