    Project Manager

    Location: South Wales

    Position: Full time, permanent  

    Salary: Starting at £50,000 – Negotiable Package DOE

    Autograph Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading specialist, engineering business operating across the UK on major infrastructure, structural steel, and construction works.

    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Pontypool. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on delivering complex projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage projects from initial planning through to successful completion.

    Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

    Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring objectives are met.

    Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.

    Act as the main point of contact between technical, commercial, and operational teams.

    Identify and manage project risks while supporting value engineering where possible.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Proven experience in project management within steel, construction, or civil engineering.

    Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Experience interpreting technical drawings and project specifications.

    Excellent communication skills when working with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

    A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
