The role
* Document collation
* Scanning documents and uploading to portal
* Data input
* Allocating maintenance requests onto the booking system
* Ad hoc recetion desk duties
* Manage/monitor general mail inboxes
Requirements
* Experience of working in an administrative office environment
* IT literate
* Good written and spoken communication
* Good attention to detail is important
* An understanding of good customer service delivery
