The role:
* You will work on diversity of projects and be responsible for taking products from concept approval to launch.
* As well as responsibility for process development and will use your knowledge to work on optimisation and process improvement projects.
* Working closely with customers you’ll often be working to short deadlines and managing multiple projects
* You will lead and develop a team of technologist in addition training out new techniques to the wider business
Your experience:
* You may be a graduate in a food related subject or qualified through industry experience but we are seeking an individual who has already gained experiencein a dedicated process role
* Experience of heat/thermal processes/validationn techniques
* You will thrive in a fast paced environment and be results drive, able to work at pace and to challenging deadlines.
* You will have gained some expierence of either direct line managgement or be able to demonstrate previous expierence of developing/coaching technologists
