An amazing opportunity has opened for a driven and ambitious Sales Recruitment Consultant to join a growing and high-performing team based in Basildon.

We’re looking for either an experienced recruitment consultant or someone with consultative B2B sales experience who wants to step into a dynamic, relationship-focused recruitment role.

This is a true 360 position, combining business development, client relationship management, and candidate delivery. If you’re motivated by building partnerships, winning new business, and earning strong commission, this role offers fantastic earning potential and career growth.

The Role

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to placement

Build and develop strong client relationships with sales-focused businesses

*

Identify and win new business opportunities

*

Source, interview and manage high-quality sales professionals

*

Deliver a consultative recruitment service to both clients and candidates

*

Manage the recruitment process from brief through to offer stage

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, OR strong B2B consultative sales experience

*

Highly driven, ambitious and target-motivated individuals

*

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

*

A hungry, proactive mindset with a desire to succeed

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
