Interaction Recruitment are supporting a manufacturing client in Aylesbury who are seeking an experienced Fitter & Assembler to join their team on the late shift.
The Role
This position involves carrying out fitting and assembly tasks to a high standard, working from engineering drawings and supporting the wider production function. You will play a key part in ensuring high‑quality output across the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Completing fitting and assembly work within a production environment
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings (Third Angle Projection)
Following instructions from team leaders, engineers, and supervisors
Maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout all tasks
Supporting quality control processes
Adhering to Health & Safety procedures at all times
Assisting across other production areas as required
Maintaining good housekeeping and following company procedures
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or assembly role
Confident working from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail
Positive work ethic and reliable attitude
Good problem‑solving and prioritisation skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Working Hours
Monday–Wednesday: 1:30pm – 11:30pm
Thursday: 1:30pm – 11:00pm
37.5 hours per week
Includes 15% shift premium
