    Role: PR Account Manager
    Contract: Full‑time, permanent (37.5 hours)
    Location: Central Cambridge with hybrid working

We’re looking for a PR Account Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced agency, loves storytelling, and enjoys balancing creativity with precision.
    This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of purpose‑driven clients while shaping campaigns that truly make an impact. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team where ideas are valued and progression is real — not just promised.

    What you’ll do: Lead brilliant client work
    Run day‑to‑day PR and marketing programmes, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
    Build trusted client relationships and provide confident, strategic recommendations.
    Research, write and pitch standout content — from press releases and features to blogs and thought‑leadership pieces.
    Develop and deliver creative campaigns across traditional, digital and social channels.
    Build strong media relationships and secure high‑quality coverage.
    Monitor results and produce clear, insightful reporting.Support and guide the team
    Mentor and support junior colleagues, offering clear direction and feedback.
    Review content and campaign outputs to ensure accuracy and quality.
    Contribute to performance reviews and help shape training needs.Own projects and manage suppliers
    Create strong briefs for photographers, designers, videographers and digital partners.
    Oversee timelines, budgets and internal resource to support smooth delivery.What we’re looking for
    3+ years’ agency experience (PR or integrated).
    Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering PR/marketing activity.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    Confident media relations skills and experience pitching to journalists.
    Highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple clients.
    Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
    Strong AI literacy (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance productivity.
    Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
    Familiarity with media databases (Roxhill, Agility) and Microsoft Office; Canva skills a bonus.What you’ll bring
