Candidates must have:
* Full understanding of duties required for construction works.
* Full understanding of duties required for ground works.
* Good understanding of concrete associated works.
* Capable of working to instruction with minimal explanation.
* Ability to work with others.
* Provide assistance to chargehand and other tradesman.
* CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker) and/or CPCS Blue Card
* Manual handling
* Knowledge of multiple trades.
* Abrassive wheels.
* Working at height
Preferred
* CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker) and/or CPCS Blue Card
* Working towards a CSCS skilled worker card/ CPCS (NVQ)
* IPAF
* PASMA
* Driving licence
