We are looking for an experienced Active Fire Supervisor to join our growing fire protection team. This role is ideal for a Senior Fire Alarm Engineer or Commissioning Engineer looking to step into a supervisory position.
You will oversee the installation, commissioning, and quality assurance of fire alarm and smoke ventilation (AOV) systems, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise engineers installing fire alarm and AOV systems
* Commission and test fire alarm systems on site
* Carry out quality inspections and technical site surveys
* Ensure installations comply with BS 5839 and BS EN 12101
* Provide technical support and guidance to engineers
* Complete commissioning reports and documentation
* Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience with fire alarm systems and AOV systems
* Experience commissioning fire alarm systems
* Previous senior engineer or supervisory experience
* Good knowledge of UK fire safety standards
* Strong fault-finding and technical skills
* Full UK driving licence
