We're delighted to be supporting a global SaaS giant with their search for a Finance Systems Trainer. This role offers the perfect blend of accounting, customer engagement, and technology.
You’ll play a key role in the process becoming an expert in the system, delivering engaging training sessions, and ensuring customer get the most out of the software.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of post-implementation sessions, assisting customers with standard accounting processes
- Lead engaging training sessions, drop-in workshops, and refresher courses for users
- Respond to ad-hoc customer requests, tailoring sessions to their needs
- Create and improve training materials
- Act as a main point of contact for finance process questions within the system
- Continuously develop knowledge surrounding finance software and ERP solutions
Skills & Experience
- Strong accounting knowledge (month-end, VAT returns, year-end processes)
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing or training role
- Experience working with finance software or ERP systems
- Confidence delivering training, presentations, or workshops
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with MS office applications
