    Job description

Salter Grange is partnering with a leading construction firm that dominates the market in Critical Environments. With a massive footprint across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe, our client specializes in high-stakes sectors including Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, and Critical Logistics.

We are seeking experienced and driven Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Advisors to join high-performing project teams in London. This is an opportunity to work with blue-chip clients on stimulating, high-profile projects where safety is the core of operational excellence.

As an EHS Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and directing the implementation of the HS&E strategy on-site. Your goal is to maintain a Positive Safety Culture and ensure the firm remains an industry leader in health, safety, and environmental compliance.

    EHS Advisor Responsibilities:

    * Implement corporate EHS policies and provide expert guidance on all health and safety matters across the project.

    * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining robust EHS documentation and management systems.

    * Conduct rigorous site inspections and audits, preparing detailed reports for senior leadership.

    * Complete comprehensive risk assessments and lead investigations into any incidents or accidents.

    * Identify site-specific training needs and deliver engaging EHS training sessions to the workforce.

    * Ensure all subcontractors and stakeholders strictly adhere to EHS standards and project protocols.

    EHS Advisor Requirements:

    * Third-level qualification in EHS or a related discipline.

    * 3+ years’ experience working on large-scale commercial or construction projects (Critical Environment experience is a plus).

    * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

    * A self-starter who is conscientious, focused, and possesses excellent communication skills

If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a stimulating environment where quality is the core mission, we want to hear from you
