About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Soldering Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing team in Aylesford. You will be soldering small metal trays using a gas torch, ensuring each tray is sealed accurately on all four sides.
This role demands precision, consistency, and a strong eye for detail, as all completed pieces are quality checked to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Soldering small metal trays using a gas torch
Ensuring all four sides are completed accurately and consistently
Working to a high-quality standard with minimal defects
Following safety procedures and production guidelines
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of soldering experience (gas torch experience highly desirable)
Strong attention to detail and high‑quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and meet daily production targets
Reliability, good work ethic, and punctuality
