An established international engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer on a 12-month contract to support a major Middle East client delivering high-profile, technically complex developments.
The role will focus on the design and coordination of drainage and utilities for large-scale projects, including sports stadia, tall towers, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver drainage and utilities design for complex international developments
Work across concept, detailed design, and client coordination stages
Prepare and review drainage strategies, calculations, and technical drawings
Use Civil 3D and drainage software such as InfoDrainage and/or HydroCAD
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and overseas stakeholders
Ensure designs align with client standards, regional regulations, and international best practice
Candidate Profile
Strong consultancy background as a Senior Civil Engineer
Proven experience in drainage and utilities design for large-scale developments
Confident user of Civil 3D, with InfoDrainage or HydroCAD experience
Experience on sports, high-rise, or mixed-use projects
Middle East project experience highly desirable but not essential
Comfortable working with international clients and remote teams
