Pay: TBDWe are currently recruiting Traffic Marshalls (Vehicle Marshallers) for a range of upcoming projects in Oxfordshire. We have both long-term and short-term opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
About the Role:
Controlling the safe movement of vehicles and plant machinery entering and leaving the site.
Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and commuters near site entrances.
Coordinating with delivery drivers and site management via radio or hand signals.
Maintaining accurate site logs and ensuring all traffic movements follow health and safety protocols.
Assisting site management with general duties during quieter periods to maintain site flow.Requirements:
Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman Ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent).
Valid CSCS Card.
Previous experience directing heavy plant and delivery vehicles on a busy site.
Strong communication skills and a high level of alertness.
