    Senior Valuer

    Annual Salary: £60,000-£65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
    Location: Stockton on Tees (Hybrid)
    Job Type: Full-time, PermanentOur client is expanding their team and now seeks a Senior Valuer with solid experience across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use valuations.

    This role offers clear scope for progression, with the opportunity to move into an Associate Director position, within a firm that genuinely invests in its people and supports long‑term development. An ideal opportunity for someone already operating at this level or ready to take the next step in their career.

    Day-to-day of the role:

    Conduct valuations for commercial and residential mixed-use properties ensuring all valuations meet RICS standards.
    Provide valuations specifically for panel-based secured lending purposes.
    Support the growth of the firm through high-quality, reliable work.
    Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
    Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.Required Skills & Qualifications:

    RICS registered valuer.
    Extensive experience in commercial and residential valuations.
    Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
    Ambitious and proactive, with a readiness for career progression.
    Full UK driving licence.Benefits:
