Job Title: Solutions Design Manager
Locations: West Midlands (Hybrid)
Salary : £50-60,000
Duties:
Lead strategic warehouse solutions by understanding client requirements, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Oversee projects from initial consultation to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and exceeding client expectations.
Manage a high-performing team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in solution design.
Be the primary liaison with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and translating those needs into visionary and practical warehouse designs that enhance their operational efficiency.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and evolution of warehouse solutions.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure the economic viability of proposed solutions, identify opportunities for cost savings, and contribute to the company's overall financial success.
Anticipate and navigate potential risks associated with warehouse design projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place for seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to align warehouse solutions with overarching business strategies, fostering a cohesive and synchronised approach to client success.
