Key Responsibilities
Carry out day‑to‑day electrical repairs, maintenance, and remedial works in occupied homes.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively.
Complete testing, inspection, and certification in line with regulations.
Ensure all work is compliant with current electrical standards and health & safety requirements.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents.
Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or job management systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience
18th Edition (BS7671)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing
AM2
Proven experience working in social housing, domestic maintenance, or responsive repairs.
Strong fault‑finding skills and ability to work independently.
Full UK driving licence (company van usually provided).
