    Telecoms Field Operative - Apprentice

    Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Telecoms Field Operative Apprentice to join our internal build team providing support with splicing, testing and cabling activities.

    This role is a Fixed Term 18month Contract, You will have the opportunity to complete a Level 2 Telecoms Field Operative Apprenticeship.

    - Support with delivering tasks outlined in a design work pack, or by way of instruction to cabling specifications 

    - Learn to effectively interpret plans and record deviations or blockages 

    - Learn to understand and work from straight line diagrams and FNC's

    - Report daily workload to manager, supervisor and coordination team 

    - Help contribute to teams performance and challenge improvements at every opportunity

    - You will need to have held a full UK driving licence for 12 months minimum and be able to travel to rural sites across the region

    - A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills within the telecoms industry

    - Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
