A supportive and inclusive primary school in Barnet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS & Year 1. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in April
Key Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Proven experience supporting within EYFS & Year 1
Familiarity with Little Wandle or Read Write Inc. (RWI) phonics programmes
Strong behaviour management skills
Solid experience providing 1:1 support, particularly for pupils with additional needs
Confident working with children with SEN, including those with EHCPsRole Overview:
Start Date: April 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term (academic year)

Location: Barnet- Edgware
