Salary:
Full-time equivalent: £23,000 – £27,000 per year
Part-time equivalent: £12,000 – £16,000 per yearWe are currently recruiting a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to support a friendly nursery setting in Quinton (B32). This is a bank staff position, offering flexible work on either a full-time or part-time basis depending on your availability.
Key Responsibilities
Support children aged 0–5 in a safe, nurturing nursery environment
Assist with planning and delivering engaging early years activities
Promote children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
Support daily routines including play, learning, and care
Work collaboratively with nursery staff and managementRequirements
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (UK recognised) – essential
Previous UK nursery experience
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain)Benefits
