Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire (Hybrid up to 2 days at home)
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
 
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their skills and gain practical experience across a diverse portfolio of construction projects in high end hospitality, heritage, residential and commercial schemes.
Working alongside experienced surveyors and project teams, you will assist in managing project costs, contracts, and procurement while building a strong foundation for a successful career in quantity surveying.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
Support the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor and track project costs and financial performance
Contribute to the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
Maintain accurate project records and reports
Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clientsRequirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related construction discipline
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good communication and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence (essential)What’s on Offer:
