They’ve completed nearly 100 prime London properties, delivered £230,000+ of work, and been involved in over £750m of development.

Here’s the deal:
• Start by doing what you already do well: budgets, subcontracts, payments, final accounts.
• Then lead a team of surveyors and progress to Commercial Director — genuinely, not just in name.
• Work on £1m–£10m refurbishments that challenge you, in the kind of properties your current job probably doesn’t let you touch: 10,000 sq ft dwellings, listed façades, luxury apartments.
Ideal attributes: RICS-qualified, accountable, reliable, normal.
(In other words, someone who wants to do more than just survive the week.)
