Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: East Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a range of contentious matters.
Handle matters including contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, and general commercial litigation.
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
Conduct negotiations and represent clients where appropriate.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of client care.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the department.About you as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (ideally with 4+ years PQE, although candidates with relevant experience will be considered).
Proven experience managing a dispute resolution or civil litigation caseload.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
