What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Production Manager, your duties as a Machine Operator include:
* Setting up and operating production equipment
* Monitoring processes and carrying out quality checks
* Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
* Reporting faults to the Supervisor
* Entering production data to track quantities, materials, and time
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a production or Machine Operator role
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Basic computer skills
* Team player with a safety-first attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop as a Machine Operator
Hours
Standard: 37.5 per week
* Tue–Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Fri: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
During training (first 1–3 months depending on skills/experience):
* Mon–Wed: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
