The business is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the engineering function, ensuring designs are manufacturable, technically robust, and delivered to the highest standards. The role is hands-on and requires close engagement with customers and internal teams to deliver practical, precision-engineered solutions.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the design, development and technical delivery of hydraulic components and assemblies
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and material selections
• Ensure machining tolerances, component performance and quality standards are met
• Liaise with production, quality and project teams to maintain delivery schedules
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practice
Candidate Profile
