How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

This is a unique opportunity to join Europe’s fastest engineering startup, working at the forefront of next-generation aerospace technology. The team is developing highly sophisticated systems that demand exceptional engineering rigour, innovation, and pace.

You will influence the critical design of a cutting-edge product that pushes the limits of what’s currently achievable in the industry.
We are seeking a Stress Engineer with a strong foundation in structural analysis to work across both the primary chassis and the full structural assembly. The role focuses on the overall product structure, and while experience with missiles, rockets, or satellites would be ideal, it is not essential.

In this position, you’ll work closely with design and systems teams from concept through to detailed development, guiding structural decisions that directly influence performance, safety, and mission success. You will analyse the overall structure and guide the team through complex challenges.

Ideally, you will have strong stress analysis skills and experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS, NASTRAN, or Abaqus. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or a related discipline. Experience in the space industry or with satellites would be a bonus.

If you’re motivated by the opportunity to join a rapidly scaling team, solve challenging structural problems, and contribute to the next generation of bespoke technology, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact in bleeding-edge technology.

    This role requires:
    - Background in Aerospace/Space or relevant discipline.
    - Experience in Stress Analysis of whole product structures
