Previous HR experience within a generalist or specialist environment
Experience advising managers on HR matters
Recruitment and on boarding experience
Experience interpreting HR policies and procedures
Exposure to employee relations and employment law
Education sector and Trade Union experience desirableQualifications:
CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or currently studying) with Associate membership preferred.
