About the Role
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students who require additional support, including those with SEND or SEMH needs.
* Assist learners with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD and behavioural needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff
* Support inclusion, confidence and engagement in the classroom
What We’re Looking For
Experienced Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants who are confident working with additional needs, adaptable in their approach, and committed to helping young people succeed. You should be based in Stockport and ready for a full-time position, with a willingness to engage in CPD where needed.
