The Role:
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance and team leadership:
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
Drive KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV and store profitability
Deliver exceptional customer service standards
Manage day-to-day operations, stock control and compliance
Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards
Recruit, train and coach team members
Build strong relationships within the local community
Ensure the store reflects brand values and sustainability commitments
