The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils in KS1 and KS2 who may display challenging behaviour. Your role will involve providing consistent support to help pupils manage their emotions, encourage positive behaviour habits and remain engaged in learning. The ideal candidate will be patient, supportive and proactive, using effective strategies to encourage positive behaviour and strengthen pupils' social and emotional development. Experience working with children who have behavioural needs is highly desirable.
