The Role
You will be trusted to:
Program, set and operate CNC mills and lathes
Manufacture complex, high-precision components
Interpret detailed engineering drawings
Support tooling and fixture development
Solve technical machining challenges
Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice

What We’re Looking For
Several years’ CNC machining experience in a precision setting
Strong programming and setting capability
Ability to work from complex drawings
High standards and attention to detail
Professional, team-oriented attitude
Experience with advanced controls or multi-axis machining is advantageous, but solid core machining expertise is key.
