Working Supervisor in Void properties

This is a full-time Working Supervisor in Void properties located in Portsmouth and surrounding areas for MOD housing. The role involves supervising direct staff and subcontractors, ensuring the team are adhering to health and safety rules and processes. Ensuring that there is a high standard of works completed to a Move In standard by all of the team ready for family to move in. This role requires a hands- on approach, effective communication, and collaboration with team members to deliver high quality results.

Qualifications

* Skills in general building maintenance, carpentry and plumbing.

* Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance

* Good time management

* Knowledge of health and safety protocols and safe work practices

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues and clients

* Relevant certifications in construction, electrical work, or related fields are an advantage

* A valid driver’s licence is essential for communicating requirements
