Cameron James Professional Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a successful and growing mortgage brokerage in Wolverhampton.
This role is ideal for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker seeking high earnings, strong estate agency lead generation and flexible hybrid working.
You will receive 7–10 qualified mortgage leads per week, allowing you to build a strong pipeline of business while benefiting from full administrative support.
The Role
Working across two busy estate agency branches in Wolverhampton, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage advice to homebuyers and property investors.
This Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role offers a balance between office presence and remote working, giving you flexibility while maintaining strong relationships with introducers.
Duties
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice
* Arrange residential and buy-to-let mortgage solutions
* Offer protection products including life insurance and income protection
* Manage estate agency referrals and mortgage leads
* Submit mortgage applications and manage client cases
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations
Requirements
* CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
* CAS status preferred but not essential
* Previous experience within mortgage sales
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Organised and self-motivated
* UK driving licence required
