Contracts Manager – Civil Engineering / Infrastructure
Location: Featherstone (Pontefract area)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + £6,000 allowance

I’m working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team based out of their Featherstone office.

This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, with responsibility for programme, commercial performance, site teams and client relationships. The business operates within the infrastructure / highways environment and has a strong pipeline of work.

The role will involve:

Managing multiple live projects from pre-start through to completion
Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Acting as the main point of contact for clients
Maintaining high standards around H&S and qualityWhat they’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or strong Project Manager ready to step up)
Background in civil engineering, highways or infrastructure
Strong leadership and client-facing skills
Comfortable managing multiple workstreamsPackage & additional info:

Based from the Featherstone (Pontefract) office
Drug & alcohol testing required prior to starting and throughout employment
