Key Responsibilities
As the Event Manager in Winchester, you will oversee events from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every detail is handled professionally.
Manage events from initial sale through to final execution
Act as the main point of contact for clients, venues and suppliers
Create detailed event schedules, staffing plans and logistics
Lead on-site event delivery and manage teams on the day
Work closely with kitchen and office teams to ensure seamless service
Identify potential issues early and resolve them calmly and efficiently
