Do you come from an agricultural background with strong experience in livestock, crops, arable production, farm management or Agricultural engineering, and are now looking to step into a role where you can shape the future of agricultural education?

Are you looking for a Monday to Friday position, based at an exceptional land-based campus, where you'll combine teaching with practical delivery while enjoying excellent work-life balance and long-term progression?

This is an opportunity to join a leading specialist land-based college, widely recognised for the quality of its agriculture provision and its strong links with industry. The college has invested heavily in its facilities, offering students and staff access to fully operational farms, specialist learning environments, and outstanding outdoor teaching spaces.

Based at the Beverley campus, this role sits within the Land-based Agriculture department and focuses on delivering high-quality agricultural programmes. You'll play a key role in developing engaging, industry-relevant learning experiences that reflect modern agricultural practice, while supporting learners throughout their academic journey.

This position is perfect for someone from a livestock, crops, arable, farm management or machinery background, but we are also open to candidates with experience in wider agricultural disciplines who want to move into training.

This is a rare opportunity to combine your sector expertise with teaching and learner development in a supportive, well-resourced environment, where your impact will be felt across both students and the wider agriculture curriculum.

    The role:
*Teaching apprentices and learners specific courses on agricultural subjects relevant to your background
*Developing practical learning experiences and ensuring learner progression
*Mentoring and supporting learners throughout their studies
*Working closely with the Curriculum Team Leader and wider agriculture department
*Based at a well-resourced land-based campus in Beverley
Full-time, permanent position (37-39 hours per week)

    The person:
*Comes from an agricultural background with strong experience in livestock, crops, arable, farm management or machinery
*Knowledgeable about modern agricultural practices relevant to your specialism
*Passionate about educating and inspiring the next generation of farmers and land-based professionals
*Interested in moving into a trainer role with full support and training
