What we’re looking for

· A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred).

· At least 2 years’ experience in a management role within an early years setting, ideally with experience in Ofsted inspections.

· Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, Ofsted frameworks, and best-practice early years pedagogy.

· Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team. Someone who leads by example and is caring and nurturing to both children and staff.

· Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be ready to hit the ground running and shape the future with us.

Salary starting: £41,000 pro rata (based on ~full time)
