Hours: Mainly 9:00am–3:00pm (flexible)
Salary: £22,000–£26,000 pro rata
A friendly and supportive day nursery in the B63 area of Halesowen is looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible hours to suit the setting’s needs.
Role Overview
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children
Support development across all areas of the EYFS
Plan and deliver engaging activities
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Maintain safeguarding and welfare standards
Work collaboratively within a professional teamRequirements
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
Experience working in an early years setting
Strong knowledge of EYFS principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
