Job Description:
Recruitment Alba are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 (LGV2 / Cat C) Drivers for a new contract with one of our long-standing clients based in Larbert.
This role involves multi-drop deliveries to well-known fast food outlets across the Central Belt, offering consistent work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a qualifying period.
This is a great opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified Class 2 drivers, with paid route training provided.
Key Duties:
* Multi-drop deliveries to commercial premises
* Driving an HGV Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle
* Use of handheld devices (training provided)
* Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
* Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
* Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 2 / LGV2 (Cat C) licence
* Valid Driver CPC qualification
* Valid Digital Tachograph Card
* Good knowledge of driver hours and regulations
* Newly qualified drivers welcome
Pay & Benefits:
* £15.00 per hour (PAYE)
* Increasing to £16.00 per hour after 12 weeks
* Holiday pay accrued on every shift
