The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Site Services Team Member to join our operations team. You will be trained to operate JCB telehandlers and assist with the day-to-day running of our energy sites. Your work will ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate JCB telehandlers (bucket, forks, snow plough, gritter, road sweeper) after funded training.

*

Assist with general site operations, including transferring materials, pressure washing, and site housekeeping.

*

Receive, manage, and store materials and parts; support stock management and monthly checks.

*

Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and other operational tasks as needed.

*

Maintain site safety, tidiness, and compliance with all procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and operate heavy machinery.

*

Clean driving licence; willingness to transport materials between sites safely.

*

Interest in learning site systems and data input (SCADA, GDMS, Agility).

*

Ideally NC/HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; GCSEs in Chemistry/Maths/Biology.

*

Intermediate IT skills (Word, Excel).
