Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (days 6am-6pm & nights 6pm-6am)
Are you organised, hands-on, and ready to lead a small team? We're looking for a Production Controller to keep things running smoothly on the production floor.
What you'll do:
Lead a team of stock movers, operatives, and line leaders.
Make sure all materials and stock are in the right place at the right time.
Keep accurate records of all stock movements.
Work with the admin team to meet customer orders.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised production area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
What we're looking for:
Good maths and English skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Organised and able to plan ahead.
Able to lead and motivate a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
