    * As Senior QS, you will take the lead role in ensuring that commercial matters are properly addressed and considered at all project meetings, preparing and presenting any material as may be required.

    * Responsible for ensuring all client and client PQS commercial requests are dealt with in a comprehensive and timely manner.

    * As Senior QS, you will take an active role in discussions with the wider project team in relation to the construction programme, ensuring all commercial matters are being considered and dealt with in a manner so as to reduce any impact on the delivery programme or to assist in cases where the programme is under pressure e.g. management of design team, procurement of supply chain, resolving sub-contractor issues affecting programme, payments, etc, etc.

    * Responsible for the preparation, negotiation and agreement of subcontractor and client applications/variations/final accounts.

    * As Senior QS, you will be responsible for managing and growing the supply chain involved in your project, taking an active role in the recruitment of new supply chain members and ensuring that those good suppliers/subcontractors remain attracted to our work.

    * Responsible for preparing and keeping the project cashflow up to date.

    * Responsible for the subcontractor and client payment processes, ensuring that all applications are assessed and processed in a timely and fair manner.

    * Responsible for drafting and ensuring any contractual notifications are issued in a timely manner and in accordance with the contract to subcontractors and/or client.
