This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious and expanding training provider who pride themselves on delivering high-quality, learner-focused training. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Electrical Installation Trainer to support and develop their apprentices.
The main focus of the role will be delivering and assessing City & Guilds 5357 Electrical Installation qualifications, supporting apprentices as they develop the practical skills and knowledge required to succeed in the electrical industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical installation background alongside experience in lecturing, training or assessing apprentices. You will also hold a recognised teaching or assessing qualification.
This is a great opportunity for someone already working in education or training who is looking to join a growing organisation where they can play an important role in the development of the provision and progress with the company as it continues to expand.
The Role:
*Delivering and assessing City & Guilds 5357 Electrical Installation apprenticeship training
*Supporting apprentices through their learning and development
*Working with small class sizes to ensure high-quality training
*Monday to Friday role with a strong focus on learner success
The Person:
*Electrical installation background
*Experience in lecturing, training or assessing
*Must hold a teaching or assessing qualification
*Passionate about developing the next generation of electricians .
