Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations within a GMP‑regulated environment.

* The Role

* You will help coordinate day‑to‑day manufacturing activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. This involves hands‑on equipment work, accurate documentation, and maintaining high GMP and Health & Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment

* Maintain GMP and “right first time” documentation

* Report deviations and follow SOPs and policies

* Support equipment checks and basic troubleshooting

* Perform planned and routine maintenance tasks

* Update production records and logbooks accurately

* Handle deliveries and check material stock levels

* Ensure safe storage of solvents

* Keep the work area clean and production‑ready

* Liaise with QA to maintain quality standards

* Complete required training and safety actions promptly

* Assist with tasks set by Production Leads or Managers

* Report hazards and support Health & Safety compliance

About You

* Previous manufacturing or GMP experience is desirable

* Strong attention to detail

* Good problem‑solving skills

* Comfortable with hands‑on equipment use

* Reliable, safety‑focused, and a strong team player
