Power Apps Developer

Ipswich, Suffolk - Onsite, with Hybrid working available after the initial probation period.
We are working with a well-established, market leading UK organisation that is investing significantly in its digital and data capability. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Power Apps Developer to take ownership of their Power Platform environment and play a key role in shaping future digital solutions across the business.
This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building and enhancing Canvas and Model Driven applications that support business critical reporting and operational processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, translating business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions that genuinely improve how teams operate.
The role offers end-to-end ownership, from initial design and build through to deployment, user training, support and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build and maintain Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model Driven)
• Develop and enhance Power Platform-led reporting and data platforms
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Support and train users of varying technical ability
• Take ownership of solutions through full lifecycle management
• Support system integrations and wider digital initiatives
Essential Experience:
• Proven experience in a Power Apps development role
• Strong experience building both Canvas and Model Driven apps
• Good working knowledge of C#, HTML5 and CSS
• Experience working with Azure SQL, SQL Server and MS Dataverse
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of solutions
